Henry Nelson on WMC-FM 100 Memphis – Early 1990′s
Henry is the current PD of WRBO “Soul Classics 103.5″ in Memphis. Here he is on WMC-FM from the early 90s. FM 100 was transitioning from CHR to HotAC – and still using JAM’s Z-100 New York jingle package!

After a little bit of research, I found out the date of this aircheck. It’s from the evening of June 20th 1993
LOL some things don’t change. Tom P doing a remote for a residental development. When I lived in that town 15 years later, Tom P was still on afternoon drive, and yes they where still running spots for new home developments.
I heard now that FM is part of Entercom their legendary home at 1960 Union is in limbo. If that comes to pass, it will be just one more Memphis anchor erroded away.
was there a dj by the name of robin scott in memphis during the 60′s 70′s? wmps/fm 100 maybe?
Robin was on afternoons at WMPS when Rick Dees was there. Robin later moved over to FM100 and WMC 79. Robin was on during the 70′s to the mid 80′s. He is now a successful entrepeneur in the real estate and construction businesses. He also produces radio and tv spots. His website is http://www.robinscott.com
Where is Henry Nelson now? I’ve lost touch with him and am trying to reconnect.
