He was brought up to 'CFL by OM Paul Christy, who had been MD/Mornings at WEAM. Jeff/Steve had come to WEAM from WWCO in Waterbury CT, which was his home. Paul, I believe, was the PD who started the "city names" for jocks at WCFL (Bob Dearborn had come from WKNR in... yep. Dearborn! After WCFL, Steve headed up to Milwaukee and WRIT, then WISN.
