I remember listen to 101/KNZ . They were really a great station for that era . Don't remember ever listening to the DJ on the clip , however the clip sounds good . Actually, I first heard this check over at www.johnweeksaudio.com along with some other good airchecks in that time frame before the 80s CHR explosion (and JAM jingles) hit the airwaves en mass. Don't know much about the featured jock, other than he was local, wonder how many stations in the Hub City area have that today on Saturday night? It was a good selection of music and actaully featured some gold rock tracks to, reminescent of a time frame when CHR could get away with that.
