This aircheck features The Joe & Andy Family on 98.5 WROR. Through the 80s, WROR was one of Boston’s leading Adult Contemporary stations, competing against WVBF, WMJX, & WSSH.

Joe Martelle & Andy Mose joined each other on the radio in 1979. Joe, the straight man of the team, was a radio vet. Andy, was a relative radio newbie, who had a style that would shake things up. Joe & Andy had great chemistry, and sounded great on the air together. The two were together through the 80s, and were a popular New England radio duo. -Ellis
