Arnie “Woo Woo” Ginsburg on 1510 WMEX Boston – December 12, 1965
Arnie Ginsburg gained prominence in the 1950s and 1960s, especially in the Boston area, where his “Night Train” radio show became a New England sensation.
He had high energy, and high pitched voice, which made him stand out, much like Dick Biondi in Chicago. Arnie relied on gimmicks: noisemakers, silly puns, and of course, his trademark train whistle. -Ellis
