Wikipedia says this station is licensed to Alliance, OH. In fact, it lists the history this way:

It is owned by the family company of Don Peterson who is the former publisher of the Alliance Review, and is co-owned with AM station WDPN. The station originally signed on May 29, 1979 as WFAH-FM. Okay, thats the info for those who aren’t familiar with this particular market.
Here’s what I’d call your average run-of-the-mill mid-80s CHR station. Good music. Average jocks, but definitely radio that you can’t hear today since the advent of voice tracking and common satellite formats have all but eliminated the local jock aspect of stations these days. Wanna hear what decent, local CHR sounded like? This aircheck is for you.
