Kid Kelly started his radio career in the 1970s, living in his car, while working at a small market station where the paychecks often bounced. He managed to work himself up to larger markets, where he worked on air at Kiss 98.5 Buffalo, Hot 97 Wilks-Barre, and spent over decade at Z100 New York. His high energy & phone work made him a popular night slammer. For a time in the 1980s, he was the most listened to night jock in America. He started getting national exposure with his syndicated show, Backtrax USA. In 1998, Kid returned to WHTZ as Operations Manager.

Now, a message from our founder…
Do you think you could spare a moment? survives, literally, on the donations from people just like you. The ads you see take about 3 months to build up enough revenue just to get a small check. If you enjoy these archives, which so many out there do indeed rely upon, could you spare a little bit of cash? All of it goes to the hosting fees and miscellaneous costs of running this website. Thank you in advance.
