Dr. Don Carpenter and Jack Harris with Marc Chase. One of Tampa Bay’s most outrageous morning shows, on one of the most Outrageous radio stations, The Power Pig WFLZ. At this point, the Power Pig is about a year & a half old in it’s mission to chase WRBQ-FM Q105 out of it’s CHR format. It took about another 2 or 3 years, but they finally did cause Q105 to flip and go Country.-Ellis

The Q105 today, evolved from U-92, which came on the air the same month WFLZ came on the air in 1989.
In 2004, Oldies 92.5 and Country 104.7 swapped formats and Q105 was resurrected.
