101.1 New York WCBS-FM

Since 1972, (except for a few years around 2005 to 2007 that no one wants to talk about) 101.1 WCBS-FM has been the station to go to for great hits from the past. Over the years WCBS-FM has had some great jingles. Whether it was Jam, TM, or the legendary Frank Gary jingles, WCBS-FM always had some of the best jingles on the radio. When WCBS-FM celebrated their 40th anniversary in 2012, they pulled old jingle from the vault & played them all weekend long. Here are some of them. -Ellis

  1. I feel like this did for radio what WABC did earlier and also had Harry Harrison, Dan Ingram and Ron Lundy from WABC. I think it was better before they tightened up the playlist and made it classic hits.
