There were three (at least) “Fenways” on WMEX Boston in the morning at that time: J.J. Jeffrey (heard on this aircheck), who later became known as Melvin X Melvin on WMEX, Ed Hider had the name for a while also. When Ed left to do mornings at WINS New York, he was replaced by Jack Gale as “Fenway”. All 3 were great entertainers, full of personality. -Ellis
