1470 Lewiston WLAM
Advertisements

Contributor Bob Gilmore recorded this himself, he said while driving from Augusta through Lewiston. There are a few spots with electrical noise consistent with electric light poles nearby, and small dropouts where he may have been driving under a bridge, otherwise this is a good quality recording of “Musicradio 1470“. Note the JAM jingles, same ones used at WABC New York in the late 1970s.

This appears to be the morning or midday show, and starts off in the middle of WLAM “Newswatch”.
