Since 1984, 101.3 KDWB-FM has been playing the hits! It continued the tradition of it’s AM counterpart, 63 KDWB, of being the Twin Cities Top 40 station. It was home of legendary morning guy Steve Cochran, who later took the morning shift at WGN Chicago. Today, longtime morning host, Dave Ryan holds down the fort. This aircheck, from 1990, features Jessica Walker, who hosted the midday show at the time. I recorded this aircheck while I was on a job interview at KDWB. -Ellis
