Now known as “Joe-FM”, CKNG was CHR from 1991 to 2003. Right in the middle of that era, here’s a great 10 minute scope of Kate Frandon. Power 92 was a HipHop themed CHR, but this is not ALL HipHop. John Mellencamp sticks out like a sore thumb in this format, but it really sounds GOOD!
