WBCY 108 Charlotte – Randy & Spiff – March 11 1988

Morning show team, Randy Cook and Spiff Carner, teamed up at 97 WZOK in Rockford, IL in 1985. In only a year, they made enough noise to jump to 108 WBCY in Charlotte, in 1986 where they developed a sizable following. Randy & Spiff moved to Atlanta, in February of 1989 where they “Met Every Listener”, “Paid Every Listener” and “Did Anything to get Listeners” at Oldies station Fox 97. The 14 year run at Fox 97 ended in 2003. Randy & Spiff continued their successful Atlanta morning show run at Cool 105.7 WLCL, 94.9 Lite FM, 640 WGST, and Atlanta’s Greatest Hits 106.7 WYAY, until they were released in October 2011.
