Roger Ashby Final Sign Off, 104.5 CHUM-FM Toronto | December 5 2018

 

After 50 years on the radio in Toronto, Roger Ashby has one one of the most recognizable voices in town. Roger spent those 50 years  at CHUM AM & FM. For 17 years, from 1968 to 1985, Roger cranked out the hits on 1050 CHUM, a legendary Top 40 powerhouse during the late 50s, 60s, 70s and early 80s. In 1986 he then moved across the hall to 104.5 CHUM-FM, to take the reigns as morning man on the wildly popular CHUM-FM Morning Show with Roger Rick & Marilyn. Roger led that show until his retirement in 2018. This aircheck features Roger’s final few minutes from his final show on CHUM-FM before retiring.
