Contributor Jon London sent in a bit of his own air work several years ago. Along with the aircheck, he wrote:

Here’s something from KS95 when I was over there for a couple of years.
Feels good to contribute.

KSTP “KS95” has been on the air since 1965.  The station has simply evolved.  First, from a simulcast of the AM, to soft Adult Contemporary.  Then, to Hot AC and finally, HOT CHR, where the station is today.

We accept aircheck submissions for any radio station, any format and pretty much any time period, although priority is given to recordings pre-2000. We are especially looking for recordings of live radio broadcasts (not pre-recorded old-time radio tapes) from the 1930s, 1940s and the early Rock & Roll 1950s. Drop a note to and I’ll tell you where to send your audio.

Steve West is a 39 year veteran of broadcasting. His air work as a Jock and News Anchor includes six radio markets and over two-dozen radio stations. Steve currently works on-air for the Super Radio USA media group out of Minnesota. Steve is the founder of the Airchexx Media Group and manages and Airchexx Live - the official station of Airchexx.
