Before he was cranking out the hits at 102.7 KIIS-FM Los Angeles, and before he was rockin’ the Southland on 93 KHJ, Rick Dees spent several years waking Memphis. This aircheck features Rick on 56 WHBQ Memphis, doing his thing. If you’ve never heard him in Memphis, you’ll probably notice that the show sounds much like it did in Los Angeles.
