WNBC used the Khan-Hazeltine AM Stereo system and while the transmitting plant itself was finely tuned and well-processed by NBC's top-notch engineers, heard on a (then) modern, wideband AM Stereo receiver, this sounds BETTER than modern processed FM stations!
