Scott Shannon created the revolutionary “Morning Zoo” show format in Tampa at Q105 (WRBQ). in August 1983 he brought that format to New York and launched New York’s iconic Z100 (WHTZ) as it’s Program Director & host of the “Z Morning Zoo.” He took the ratings from last place, to first in just 72 days!
